Handlers Returns Policy

Handler's goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction.



If you don't like a product or it does not match the specifications you provided, send it back to us for a refund. You are entitled to return the goods within 14 days from the delivery date, assuming the goods are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.



Although we are an Icelandic site, we voluntarily choose to adhere to the UK's Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 (which meets EU requirements).

Our 14 day returns policy exceeds the minimum 7 working days specified by law. In addition, if you receive items which are faulty or misdescribed we will refund you in full, including your original delivery charge.

 

 

However, if a product is simply unwanted we are not obliged under the Distance Selling Regulations Act to refund your original delivery service charge and we will refund you for the cost of the items only.



We also guarantee our leads against faults or failure for six months after purchase.
