Handlers Product Testing
We at Handlers tested our products before we hit the international marketplace. We are determined to ensure that they meet our and our customers standards and really live up to our company slogan: Reliability Comfort and Elegance. As we endeavor to produce an excellent yet groundbreaking product, we felt it absolutely necessary to test our designs, the handle in particular, the cord lock and type of cord we have chosen to use along with our designs. We want more from our leads than merely meeting the needs of the occasion. We want to make sure they are strong and durable too. The results from our first formal product tests are as follows:
Each participant received a lead to their individual requirements and specifications of type of lead, breed of dog, neck and head measurements. A questionnaire was sent to all participants that required them to tick their rating in appropriate boxes. Results for the first week were as follows:

The general satisfaction with them grew steadily within the group of participants, up to week 7 when the questionnaire results were the following:

In the final questionnaire, participants were asked if they thought that Handlers leads were better or worse than other types on the market. 75.7% of the participants thought the Handlers leads were better, 8.1% thought they were worse and 16.2% were not sure. 81% said they would use Handlers showleads at shows in the future, 5.4% said they would not be using them and 13.5% said they would maybe be using the Handlers leads.
The results of this product testing was very positive for Handlers ehf. A lot was learnt during the whole process that will prove valuable to the company and all of our designs. We have developed and are marketing more types of leads based on the information gained during this process and most sizes and breeds of dogs and their owners should be able to find a lead to their liking within our range. That fact alone could also contribute to the percentage of satisfied and happy customers.
